PCARRD
activities shall be given priority for the use of the facilities
of the Bulwagang Panday Karunungan (BPK). To effectively and efficiently
manage the facilities, the following guidelines shall be observed:
A.
Use of Facilities
1) Main Conference Room, 2nd Floor
(i) for training/conference/seminar/workshop
•
maximum of 100 persons (with chairs only, no table)
• maximum of 70 persons (with chairs and tables)
(ii)
for meeting/s
•
minimum of 20 persons
2) Training Room 2, Basement
•
Maximum of 12 persons
3) ICT Training Room, Basement
•
Exclusively for ICT Training only
• Maximum of 32 persons
4) OSIS – Ground Floor
•
For briefing of visitors and for display of exhibits only
B.
Requests for Reservation
1)
Divisions shall prepare and submit their requests for reservations
for
the use of the facilities at the BPK;
C.
Approval of Use
1)
The HRD Center Manager shall approve all requests for reservations
for
the use of the facilities at the BPK;
2)
Approval of request shall be on a “first-come, first-serve”
basis.
D.
Lost/Damaged PCARRD Properties
1)
For damaged PCARRD properties due to negligence the user/s shall
be charged the actual repair/replacement cost of the property/ies.
2)
For lost PCARRD properties, the user/s shall be charged the current
market price of the lost property/ies.
E.
Payments
1)
The HRD Center Manager/representative shall prepare the corresponding
Statement of Account.
2) The Accounting Office shall issue the Debit Memo or Order of
Payment.
3)
The Cashier shall accept all payments remitted and issue the corresponding
official receipt.
4)
Only government checks and cash payments shall be accepted as
payments. Personal check shall not be accepted as payment.
