system for the submission and evaluation of R&D proposals
via the PCARRD web site. The system captures actions/comments
of the different evaluators and allows tracking of the proposal
status during the whole process of evaluation for info or proponents
with submissions.
First-to-file information will be electronically captured at
the consortium level immediately upon the proponent submissions
of the capsule proposal.
