| Training Objectives: 1.
Demonstrate LAS as a new and bette approach to help achieve successful reforestation,
promote biodiversity conservation, achieve food security, alleviate rural povery and
promote quality environment
2. Identify and explore possible of prospective crop-tree combinations for
LAS areas through information from PROSEA and other sources
3. Initiate establishment and maintenance of LAS demonstration farms
4. Education, expand and mobilize LAS manpower
5. Disseminate PROSEA information to extension officers fromthe Department
of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Department of Agriculture (DA) |
