    CLSU conducts OA programs and projects such as the organic recyling project, bahay-kubo vegetables production, organic aromatic rice production, OA Technology Park, and Urban Organic Agriculture. CLSU also included organic farming as part of the Sustainable Agriculture in the CLSU curriculum.

    In response to the memorandum re: Promotion a nd Development of Organic Agriculture in the Philippines, the Bureau's Provincial Operation Centers (POCs) and Regional Operation Centers (RO Cs) monitored the following information in their respective areas of responsibility: Application of organic fertilizer; number of composting plant; number, names and address of organic fertilizer dealers; place of distribution; and price of organic fertilizer. The quarterly monitoring started during the fourth quarter of 2006.

    BAFPS is in charge of the development of product standards, including the Philippine National Standards for Organic Agriculture. BAFPS also serves as the secretariat of the National Organic Agriculture Board.

    FPA continuously monitors the list of registered manufacturers of organic fertilizer, supply and demand for organic fertilizers, and prices of organic fertilizers. FPA also conducts training on rapid composting for high value commercial crops.

    OCCP is currently the sole body accredited by the Department of Agriculture to certify organic farms in the country.

PCARRD also coordinates trainings on organic agriculture, and continuously monitors and evaluates R&D activities of the National Agriculture and Resources Research and Development Network (NARRDN).
