transact with one another.
The e-commerce program will be implemented by phase in regions where
the FITS sites are located. PCARRD will serve as the program’s
overall coordinating and monitoring agency.
Also, the program
will develop and strengthen linkages between FITS centers and Land
Bank-accredited cooperatives and MSMEs through capacity enhancement
such as e-commerce trainings and website development.
Enterprise development,
through technology and business fora, will be initiated for possible
projects. PCARRD’s magsasaka-siyentista (farmer-scientists)
will be tapped as resource persons.
Information,
education, and communication materials will also be developed, packaged,
and distributed through Land Bank’s Technology Promotion Centers
and PCARRD’s FITS centers to ensure better technology transfer
