The Techno Gabay Program is one of the banner programs of the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Forestry, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCARRD). Primarily, it aims to develop modalities for delivering information and technology services in agriculture, forestry, and natural resources sectors.

Program implements, policymakers, extension workers, researchers, and other keyplayers of development should gain from this primer basic information on various technology promotions strategies of PCARRD.

These strategies aim to disseminate appropriate information and technologies to various clients especially the farmers. The Techno Gabay involves, among others, the integration of Farmers' Information and Technology Services (FITS or Techno Pinoy); Farmers-Scientist Bureau (FSB) or Magsasaka-Siyentista (MS), Information, Education, and Communication Strategies (IEC); and the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to complement one another in providing information and technology services.
