Dr. Fernando Paragas, Chair and Assistant Professor, Communications
Research Department, College of Mass Communications, University
of the Philippines Diliman facilitated the workshops on manual layout
and writing.
The
manual will describe the services offered by the K-AgriNet implementing
agencies
and how clients can avail them. The manual will also provide information
on the role and contributions of participating organizations in
the K-AgriNet program and their relevant accomplishments.
The
K-AgriNet Services Users’ Manual will be launched in September
