Sugarcane produces sugar when milled. Sugar is a wholesome natural food composed of sucrose and is primarily used as an intermediate in the chemical industry and as a condiment. Aside from raw and refined sugar, it may be in the form of "panocha" and muscovado which are produced through the crude milling process.
