Sets Annual Convention
The Philippine
Society of Agricultural Engineers will lead in the celebration of
the 18th Agricultural Engineering Week to be highlighted by the
holding of the 57th Annual Convention and Exhibition on April
15-18, 2007. A training will be conducted on the topic
"Environmental Management Accounting on April 19-21,
2007. The venue for this year’s event will be at the
Philippine Carabao Center CLSU Compound, Science City of Muñoz,
Nueva with the theme "The Empowered Agricultural Engineer-Entrepreneus:
Engine of Sustainable Global Development".
The week-long
activity will feature new technologies, exhibits, business forum,
eco-tour, training on environmental management and technical
presentations on the new trends and developments in the
agricultural engineering and allied fields. Awards and citations
will also be given to deserving agricultural engineers and the
prestigious "Maramba Award'.
