Operationalization of the
CBFM Program at the Regional, PENR and CENR Offices
Pursuant to DAO No. 96-29 and other
pertinent laws, rules and regulations and in order to fast-track
the implementation of the CBFM Program, guidelines have been formulated.
All people-oriented programs are integrated, administered and
managed under the CBFM offices at all field levels.
