Test Implementation of the Project
Impact Monitoring and Evaluation System (PRIMES) as Monitoring and
Evaluation Guidelines for Community-Based Forest Management Program
This was conducted to determine
the impacts of CBFM implementation nationwide/regionwide; to establish
a database for planning and management, policy making, budget
sourcing among others; to standardize the procedures and to strengthen
the skills and capabilities of field personnel in the conduct
of monitoring and evaluation of CBFM projects.
