Establishing the Forest Resource Securitization Strategy for Mobilization of Private Capital to Support Sustainable Forestry in the Philippines

Pursuant to Executive order No. 192, and in accordance to the Philippine Agenda 21, and the Master Plan for Forest Development of the Philippines, the DENR is mandated to lead the way for institutionalizing the means for attaining sustainable forestry in the Philippines.
