Briefly,
the Mindanao Baptist Rural Life Center (MBLRC) based in the southern
part of the Philippines, is a Christian approach to countryside
development. It is a nonprofit, church-related private volunteer
organization sponsored by the Philippine Baptist Mission and the
International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention
in the United States.
One
of its practical ways of helping develop the countryside is through
the training courses on simple farming technologies.
