for agricultural research to enhance production and provide efficient
logistics support, extension services, and improved marketing strategies.
These sectors
address the thematic program areas to reduce poverty and address
food security. It covers S&T anchor programs to deliver competitive
products and biotechnology . It also supports sustainable development
or the management of natural resources and some specific R&D
