Priorities

• Continue implementing programs aimed at formulating, reviewing and advocating policies
• Support policy/market-oriented contract research
• Support programs that will assess and enhance the effectiveness of our safety nets to cushion the impact of trade liberalization
• Support projects to assess S&T organizations and processes in particular the intervention modalities related to technology
• Commercialization in the form of policies, issuances, and implementing rules and regulations, bills and resolutions
